Giles Greenwood is my Olympic Weightlifting coach and I wholeheartedly endorse his training methods.  Giles is a Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist in the Snatch, and has a wealth of experience in coaching lifters and coches.

His weightlifting instructors course is second-to-none with tutor: student ratio of 1:4 and 3 days of intense learning with a combination of practical and classroom sessions.
