I work and train at Monster Gym (www.monstergym.co.uk) - it's an incredible facility with a huge range of Hammer plate-loaded equipment and free weights.  It's definately the best gym I've ever seen in the UK.

Whilst dieting for a show I train 5 days a week, with cardio 7 days a week.

Sunday - chest and triceps
Monday - back
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - quads and calves
Thursday - shoulders and biceps
Friday - hamstrings and glutes
Saturday - rest

Cardio - twice daily, 1st session around 5.30am, fasted, 45-60mins stepper
             2nd session around 6pm, 45-60 mins stepper or stationary bike

I periodise my workouts, at the moment I am following a volume programme, with small increases in weight each week.  As I get closer to a show I will switch to 100 rep sets for approx 4 weeks.  Off-season I move towards power training and drop my reps down to a maximum of 6 reps per set.
